Our client is a well-established multi regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. Reporting to : Trading System Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in the onboarding of Managed Accounts and Social trading strategies
• Assist with the day to day operational tasks of the Trading Systems department
• Creation of new strategies, withdrawals, commission payments
• Troubleshooting related to Managed Accounts
• Assist in the monitoring of Managed Account activities to optimize partner performance and ensure requirements are met
• Assist all clients on LiveChat, Emails, Phone for questions related to Managed Accounts and Social Trading
• Educate the partners on the company platforms, trading products, new features
• Proactively work to retain existing business and try to expand it
• Update Trading Systems team social media channels
• Enforce prudent approach and due diligence to the regulatory framework as per company policies, ethos and ethics
• Work with the team to ensure KPIs are met
• Support and assist all departments as required
