Job description

A leading e-commerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead operations across Malaysia and four other markets. The role requires 8+ years of customer service experience, strong Zendesk configuration skills, and proven ability to manage a team. Ideal candidates should possess a customer-first mindset, be multi-lingual, and focus on process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position with daily office presence.
