Senior Key Account Manager – Location : Rawang, Selangor | MK Pacific Marketing Sdn Bhd

Our portfolio includes household bleach, dishwashing liquids, floor cleaners, laundry care, and institutional cleaning products — plus in-house brands.
We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team and lead strategic partnerships with major retail chains, hypermarkets, and distributors, driving sustainable growth for our brands and OEM clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts (retail chains, hypermarkets, wholesalers).
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and listing objectives.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotional activities, and product listings with buyers.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and R&D to deliver customised solutions.
- Lead new product introductions into key accounts, ensuring successful launches.
- Provide regular business reviews and reports to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG / homecare / household products .Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with retailers.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.What We Offer
