The Role

We are seeking a data-driven Account Manager who thrives in a high-performance environment and shares our obsession with winning. You will be the strategic architect behind campaign success, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and deliver actionable insights
Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms
Interpret complex first-party travel data to create precision-targeted audience strategies
Produce comprehensive, comprehensible performance reports that tell the story behind the metrics
Collaborate with optimization teams to deliver bespoke, results-driven campaigns
Maintain exceptional client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance

What We're Looking For

Experience Requirements

5+ Years Digital Marketing / Advertising : Proven track record in digital marketing or advertising, preferably at an agency or startup environment

Platform Mastery : Inside-out knowledge of Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic advertising platforms

Data Analytics Experience : Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and performance measurement

Essential Skills

Data Analysis Excellence : Ability to read, interpret, and extract meaningful insights from complex datasets

Digital Advertising Expertise : Deep knowledge of social media advertising and programmatic, particularly Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms

Meticulous Attention to Detail : Every campaign, every report, every client interaction must be flawless
