Senior Site Engineering

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead project activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the power plant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical expertise, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of turbine, boiler, and auxiliary systems.
• Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Manage and execute plant modification, upgrade, and improvement projects within schedule and budget.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians to develop technical competencies.
• Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and regulatory bodies to support plant reliability initiatives.
