Job descriptionGreet and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and information to help customers find the perfect products for their needs. Actively engage with customers and promote products to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience. Monitor stock levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability for customers. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- At least SPM certification
- 1 year working experience in related field (Sales & Marketing experience is an added advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu
- Excellence verbal communication skills
