Job Responsibility

Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing slips, documenting any discrepancies or damages. Organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse, optimizing space utilization and accessibility. Prepare and issue materials to internal departments or external customers based on approved requisitions or orders, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that stored materials meet specified standards and are protected from damage or deterioration. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move and handle materials. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies related to warehouse operations and material handling. Job Requirements

Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory movements, including goods received notes, delivery orders, and stock adjustment forms. Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, generate reports, and analyze inventory data to optimize stock control processes. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and resolve any inventory-related issues. Job Benefits
