Job description

Handle SPA and loan documentations, for both developers' projects and sub-sales.

Attend to perfection of transfers and / or charges, discharge of charges.

Prepare tenancy agreements.

Prepare and update status reports.

Other relevant tasks as may be assigned by the firm from time to time.

Preferably able to work independently, or with minimum supervision.

Possess own transport, willing to travel and able to attend signings during weekends (if required).

Qualified lawyers without experience or with experience in other legal practices, who are interested with conveyancing practice, will also be considered.
