We are looking for Service Manager-F&B Service (Assistant Banquet Manager) to join our team!

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation, management and overall performance of the Banqueting operations.
Directly involved in the day‑to‑day running of these areas in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers and support staff to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Oversee guest satisfaction, ensuring personalized service and resolving any issues professionally.
Collaborate with the Chef to update menus and coordinate events.
Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control.
Implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.
Be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Food and Beverage Division.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.

Proven experience as a Banquet expert.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Passion for customer service and attention to detail.

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and inventory control.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Confident, tactful, strong team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.

Only Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered due to work permit restrictions.
