key responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers.
• Architect and implement scalable and resilient solutions on AWS.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other teams to define and deliver on technical roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and improve existing development processes.
• Ensure code is managed effectively using Git and other version control tools.

requirements :

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Proven experience in designing and building microservices architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others.
• Proficiency with Git and command-line tools.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

nice to haves :

• Prior experience in a leadership or senior role, such as a Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or ).
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
