Develop detailed project plans, including scopes, schedules, and budgets for electrical engineering projects. Design electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses. Coordinate and manage electrical engineering activities to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams. Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure all electrical engineering work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship. Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify the quality and compliance of electrical installations. Education & Experience (Basic requirement for this position)

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. For Senior Project Engineer : Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a project engineering role. For Project Engineer : Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Proficient in using electrical design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project). Experience with electrical testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting This position requires

business-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese , as the role involves frequent interaction with Chinese-speaking clients. Competency Requirements

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Seniority level
