Responsibilities we entrust you with :

• Merchant Acquiring Risk Management expertise for the Malaysian market.
• Clear understanding of the local payment market.
• At least 3 years of experience handling merchant acquiring risk management processes.
• Knowledge of payment networks (Visa, MasterCard) for transaction processing.
• Good understanding of the chargeback process.
• Experience working with a Fraud Risk Management (FRM) tool for merchant acquiring.
• Ability to manage fraud risk rules by analysing various rules, trends, and insights.
• Collaboration with the data analytics team and management of transaction‑monitoring rules in the FRM.
• Assessment of merchant visit reports and underwriting.
• Conduct merchant investigations and prepare remedial actions.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.
• Preparation of Management Information System presentations with various data insights.
• Support in developing risk strategies and processes aligned with the bank’s customer‑first approach and strategic objectives.
• Collaboration with partner bank risk teams to build synergies.
