Requirements
- Min. education requirement : LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Aggressive and committed to work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, disciplined, and dedicated to work.
- Good personality, positive working attitude, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred.
Responsibilities
To handle full set of accounts : AP, AR, and G / L.Maintain and operate two accounting systems accurately.Perform monthly bank reconciliation, financial analysis, daily cheque issuance, and monitor daily collections.Prepare and submit timely monthly management reports as per deadlines..Update and manage monthly ageing reports .Assist supervisor in handling ad-hoc tasks when required.Maintain proper filing and accurate record-keeping of accounting documents and operations.Benefits
