What You'll Do

• Own the Developer Experience : Take full ownership of the developer journey, creating onboarding guides, comprehensive documentation, and a learning-assets library to deliver a world-class experience.
• Create High-Quality Content : Write engaging how-to guides, tutorials, and conceptual articles that help developers solve real-world problems with our API.
• Develop Code Samples & Demos : Create practical code samples and interactive demo assets using the Coast platform.
• Ensure Technical Accuracy : Collaborate with engineering and product teams to stay ahead of new features and keep documentation up-to-date with releases.
• Be the Voice of the Developer : Act as the first user of our API, providing feedback to product and engineering to ensure a world-class experience for customers.
• Collaborate and Organize : Manage a backlog of documentation and API change requests, prioritize asks, plan content updates, and communicate timelines with stakeholders.
