Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments, including technical and support roles : sourcing, advertising, interviewing, issuing offer letters, and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation, including preparation of materials (e.g., stationery, thumbprint registration), and liaise with HQ (Singapore) on new hires.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill manpower needs and provide daily HR support to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and provide HR advice when required.
• Handle general HR administrative duties and maintain HR records.
• Liaise with vendors for office-related services (e.g., copier, water dispensers, lift maintenance).
• Oversee pantry and stationery inventory, including monthly procurement.
• Manage renewal of business licenses (e.g., MBSA) and support office expansion projects.
• Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes and propose improvements.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and research as assigned by management.
