Job descriptionOversee and execute day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including AP / AR, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules for statutory filings. Liaise with external accountants to ensure high-quality reporting and compliance across entities. Coordinate with external auditors and support a smooth and efficient audit process. Perform financial analysis on monthly and quarterly performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision‑making. Support development of financial models for performance tracking, runway planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Enhance and streamline finance systems, processes, and internal controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) are an advantage. 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting. Strong working knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting. Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in a startup, venture capital or high‑growth environment is highly preferred. Exposure to multi‑entity, cross‑border accounting, and treasury processes is a strong plus. Interest in progressing into financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance. Medical Insurance : Your well‑being is our priority.
