About the role :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team at Ezypay. In this role, you will take on a leadership position , contributing to the development of our people strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes that support our organizational goals.
As a Senior HR Executive , you will :
- Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
- Implement and promote HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, providing support and guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
- Support managers with performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning discussions.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify HR needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in managing HR projects including training programs, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership to track performance against targets
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of APAC employment legislation and HR best practices.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits
