JOB DUTIES
- Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred
- Hands on experience with rolling out industry relevant regional use cases to different markets.
- Continuously build and improve dashboards for cross-channel marketing and sales engagements
- Generate cross customer, product and country insights through collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing and visualizing large data sets
- Support multiple product and project streams, along with varying resources, across the team to ensure on time and quality delivery of all solutions
- Work with clients or Business Development Team to achieve external analytics goals and provide stickiness with the clients
- Support Business Development team to drive commercial sales through pre-sales and post-sales execution activities
- Drive the team forward to solve new problems using additional Data Science and Analytics methodologies and concepts

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a highly analytical / numerical subject or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in data analytics and consulting or pharma industry.Data modelling, data cleansing, handling schemas and identification of relevant data attributesPredictive modelling, statistics, and heavy focus on segmentation techniquesStrong business acumenKnowledge in Data Science or Data Analytics teams / projectsExperience working with large teams in a client and project management settingPossess strong storytelling and communications skills through Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, or equivalentGoogle cloud and native analytics tools knowledgeStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience in building data products and servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Able to work effectively under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Experience with SQL, Python, or any analytical tools necessary to work with large amounts of data.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Looker.Technical skills preferred
