Job descriptionMinimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent More than 3 years’ experience on Production or Process Quality Assurance / Management Proficient in quality management tools and methods, including SPC, MSA, QCC, FMEA, PMP, QEC, 8D reports, and SCAR. Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Coordinate team to solve production quality issue and ensure the issue closure
- Collect and review product yield rate and coordinate team to do continues improvement
- Lead customer QPA / QSA
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate team to resolve issues
- Assist MPM to resolve customer quality related requirements
- Establish quality control plan and ensure the manufacture process follows the control plan requirements
- Review RMA status and drive team for quality improvement
- Perform product FAI and generate FAI report
