Financial Controller – Technology & Operations
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller to join our Technology & Operations division. This position plays a key role in providing financial leadership, governance, and strategic insight across both operational and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior management, ensuring sound financial control, accurate reporting, and alignment with the group’s financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong financial governance and control frameworks across the Technology & Operations function.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements .
- Partner with senior stakeholders, project leads, and finance teams to provide financial analysis, insights, and strategic advice .
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports , including variance analysis, cost allocations, and project spend tracking.
- Drive transparency and accountability in financial management across T&O initiatives.
- Support finance automation, digitalization, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to group-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) objectives and value creation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is required.Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience , with strong exposure to financial control, reporting, and business partnering.Prior experience in a technology, operations, or transformation environment will be an advantage.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Oracle ERP and Power BI , with familiarity in finance transformation programs.Seniority Level
