Job description

Role Purpose

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting high-quality talent to meet the current and future hiring needs of Trade Ventures. This role plays a critical part in building a strong talent pipeline, supporting recruitment activities, and enhancing the company's employer branding to ensure timely and efficient hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess skills, experience, and culture fit before passing shortlisted profiles to talent acquisition team / hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure data accuracy within the Recruitment System / Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates to convert them into active opportunities.
  • Support the full recruitment cycle by coordinating interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions when required.
  • Track, measure, and report sourcing effectiveness and market intelligence to improve hiring strategies.
  • Promote "Trade Ventures" employer brand by engaging with potential candidates and representing the company in a professional manner.
  • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and market insights to drive innovative sourcing approaches.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience years) in talent sourcing, recruitment, or headhunting, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Job Portals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
