Our client operates as an established Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider, delivering advanced electronic solutions to diverse industries including connectivity, electrification, industrial automation, medical devices, and defense / aerospace sectors. With a strong focus on quality andinnovation, the company specializes in manufacturing embedded electronics and box-built solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities :

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with customer requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communications and expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Monitor project progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Address customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Analyze project costs and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and customer specifications.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

5 years of program management experience in EMS or manufacturing.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
