The Social Media & Marketing Junior Executive will be responsible for :

• Creating engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Managing and monitoring social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform social media and marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
• Monitoring social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and providing timely and appropriate responses to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Analyzing campaign performance data and preparing comprehensive reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
