About the role

Astana Setia Sdn Bhd is seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (Protégé) Program. This is the Eight (8) months full-time opportunity in various location : Gemas, Negeri Sembilan, Sentul Ria & Jalan Gombak (Kuala Lumpur), offers a unique chance to kickstart your career in the construction industry. As a Protégé, you will receive personalized training and mentorship to develop the essential skills required to succeed in this dynamic field.

What you'll be doing

Participate in a structured training program to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of construction operations
Work closely with experienced professionals to learn about project management, site supervision, and problem-solving
Contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects by providing support in areas such as planning, coordinating, and monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective project implementation
Actively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and enhance your skillset

What we're looking for

Degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management, or architecture and any relevant discipline

Open Positions : Project Architectural, Environment Officer, Quantity Surveyor, Junior Safety Engineer, M&E Engineer, Junior Accounts,

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Enthusiasm for the construction industry and a willingness to learn

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments
