Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documents.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Responsibilities

  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support the finance team in preparing payments, including vendor invoices, staff claims, and allowances.
  • Maintain and update the finance database (Lark Base) for campaigns, claims, and incentives.
  • Perform bank transaction checks to reconcile sales and payment records.
  • Assist in preparing incentives for weekly achievement celebrations.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining company assets (laptops, stationery, etc.).
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and accounting principles.
  • Carry out ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

    Pay : RM1, RM1,200.00 per month
