Senior Information Security Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior IT Security Analyst to join a Global BPO Company Information Security and Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive internal and external IT security audits, evaluating risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with global standards, and supporting continuous improvement in information security practices across our BPO operations.

This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners, as well as occasional travel to client or partner sites to conduct on-site assessments and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on security incidents and potential vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security and compliance audits on systems, user access, and configurations.
• Review and ensure adherence to security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen security posture and reduce audit findings.
• Prepare audit documentation and reports for all stakeholders with proactive communications.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing evidence and technical insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key risk indicators (KRIs) and security performance metrics.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to enhance security controls and data governance.
