Job description

Responsibilities

  • Technical support works, pre- and after-sales service works for Internal and external customers.
  • Support for product selection, prepare the proposal for technical integration and / or product applications.
  • Technical support on customer site, including but not limited to technical meeting, introduction of products and proposal, product presentations etc.,
  • Technical support by email and calling for customers
  • Assist and actively participate the activities such as live studio for product presentations and introductions, technical interactions, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, proposal presentations etc.,
  • Summarize and prepare the technical cases.
  • Keen interest to make technical Face to Face interactions with customers Pre and post sales activities prioritized by sales.
  • Ability and keen interest to travel frequently to customers Locally and outstation for customers meetings and various Technical interactions to support sales team members. This is an important requirement.

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Electrical and / or Automation related.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in Automation or related industry and in prominent companies,preferred 8 years and above.
  • IT language as a plus, such as Node-Red, Codesys, VB, C#, Json and so on.
  • Work independently, willing to learn and work hard, proactive-thinking attitude.
  • Good communication skills for presenting the value of product and / or application proposals.
  • Forward-looking and self-management ability, drive and result oriented in business development, good team player.
  • English and overall communication skills. , Good command on verbal and written communication, will be preferred.
  • Willing to travel to Singapore region
  • Willingness to establish strong technical relationships with customers.
  • Keen interest to present own and companies' technical competence at customers premises regularly.

    Pay : RM2, RM7,351.39 per month
