Requirements

  • Min. education is secondary School
  • Able to read, write, and speak fluently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Highly meticulous with excellent organizational skills.
  • People-first attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Critical thinker who enjoys taking initiative and solving real-life operational challenges.
  • Management experience (especially in healthcare, hospitality, or education) is a strong advantage.
  • Bonus : Personal experience as a mother or knowledge of postnatal care.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the team aligns with our values of care, warmth, and empowerment.
  • Manage staff schedules, client services, and centre resources to create a smooth, stress-free experience for mothers and families.
  • Solve operational challenges with a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do mindset.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of services and maintain professional relationships.
  • Maintain centre standards through proper documentation, daily checklists, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Foster a startup team culture where everyone grows together and strives for continuous improvement.
