Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join a high-performing digital team on a 1-year contract. In this role, you\'ll collaborate closely with Design Managers, fellow product designers, digital leads, project managers, and product owners to bring human-centered design to life across mobile and web platforms. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior designer who thrives in complex digital ecosystems and wants to contribute to scalable, user-friendly digital experiences. The scope of work spans across mobile apps and websites in the consumer technology and digital services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product design outcomes across various digital products and touchpoints.
  • Simplify complex user journeys into intuitive, meaningful experiences.
  • Translate user research insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Apply design thinking to uncover user pain points and generate relevant solutions.
  • Deliver clean, engaging user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively with rationale and user value.
  • Maintain and contribute to UX / UI design standards, style guides, and pattern libraries.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX practices, trends, and tools to keep digital products competitive.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of recent work demonstrating end-to-end product design work is a must.
  • 5–7 years of experience in UX / UI, interaction, or digital product design roles.
  • Proficient in Figma or similar prototyping and design tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design for web and mobile.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, curious, and inspired by real-world user behavior and experiences.
  • Proven ability to deliver UX deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, user scenarios / tasks, prototypes, storyboards, and user scenarios.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative team and with developers for implementation of designs.
  • Experience owning projects, communicating timelines, aligning stakeholders, and executing independently; able to present design decisions with data-driven rationale.
