Assistant Quantity Surveyor

In line with our continuous growth and our current business expansion, we are seeking suitable candidates to work together with our highly experience team. Currently, we have vacancies for Assistant Quantity Surveyor positions to be based at our head office at Bandar Puteri, Puchong, Selangor for scope of works both in pre-contract and post contract. Candidates with higher qualification and relevant experience may be considered for Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor positions, depending on situation. We also have vacancies for Sales & Marketing Officer to be based in our head office in Puchong, Selangor.

Job Description :

• Involve in taking off quantities, calling tenders / quotations, prepare cost estimate and evaluation of tenders / quotations for recommendation of award.
• Preparing Letter of Award, Purchase Order, Work Order.
• Process consultants / sub-contractors claims and supplier's invoices
• Evaluate variation orders and prepare final account
• Budgeting and cost control works
• Compile, evaluate and update costing, filing and also archiving works
• Taking off quantities for tendering work, getting quotation and pricing, prepare price built up rate, and linking and compilation of tender document.
• Filing tender documents and drawings and also archiving works
• To liaise with all parties to complete the required work
