The Store Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of store operations, acting as the main person-in-charge. This includes achieving sales targets, maintaining high service standards, managing the store team, and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial sense, and the ability to drive both people and performance in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the store team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, shift management, and store presentation
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a seamless client journey
- Manage team performance : scheduling, coaching, feedback, and development
- Drive and monitor store-level execution of visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and timely reporting
- Take accountability for store compliance with company SOPs and operational policies
- Resolve customer issues and internal conflicts with professionalism and urgency
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Act as the main liaison between the store and Area / Head Office teams
- Lead the store opening / closing process and ensure security protocols are followed
- Prepare and submit timely sales, operations, and staffing reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned store environment.
