Overview

Provide excellent customer service through fashion consulting, maintaining store and product image, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Greet and assist customers
  • Understand needs and give styling tips
  • Ensure good shopping experience
  • Handle alterations and concerns
  • Build customer loyalty

Store Image

  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards
  • Support display and visual merchandising updates
  • Incorporate new items following brand guidelines

    • Product Handling

  • Receive, replenish, and organize stock
  • Manage overstock and assist with stockroom organization

    • Corporate Image

  • Follow Brand (Zara) Lifestyle Guide
  • Wear full uniform neatly and professionally

    • Technology

  • Use in-store tools and RFID system to locate and manage products

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail fashion experience
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
  • Good communication and fashion knowledge
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
