Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • This position will be in charge of accounts receivables.
  • Work closely with all product managers to track & maintenance project progress billing.
  • Issue invoice, credit note and records collection.
  • Exercise diligence in ensuring that all transactions in accounts receivable are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with all business managers in prepare sales support documents as when needed.
  • Produce sales / revenue report & cashflow projection for incoming funds.
  • Compute monthly sales commission.
  • Prepare monthly submission of sales & service tax.
  • Analysis of financial statements covering all revenue, invoice and collection.
  • Assist in quarterly / yearly audit & audit queries.
  • Ad hoc financial projects when required.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Diploma in accounting, Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Exposure to and an effective understanding of principles of Sarbanes Oxley would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work in within Klang Valley.
  • Must have knowledge of UBS Accounting Software, Quickbooks & Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part a team.
  • Positive attitude towards problem solving and tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.
