About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Executive, Partnerships to join our KFC Marketing team. This role is key in managing merchandise development, brand partnerships, IP collaborations, and e-commerce operations. You'll get the opportunity to bring exciting ideas to life, integrate merchandise into campaigns, and drive growth across multiple KFC business segments.
What You'll Do
- Plan, develop, and manage KFC merchandise collections and pipelines.
- Drive strategic partnerships and IP initiatives to support brand campaigns.
- Manage e-commerce operations across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Work with external partners to secure co-branded promotions and KFC rewards collaborations.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Oversee warehouse, stock, and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Support commercial discussions, contracting, and procurement approval processes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–3 years of experience in merchandising, partnerships, or related roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in dealing with partners.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.Experience in IP licensing, campaign tie-ins, or FMCG / food & beverage collaborations is an added advantage.Physically fit, willing to travel, and able to support events and activations (including outside normal hours when required).
