Job description
Job Responsibility
Handle customer questions through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and social media regarding product benefits, usage, and promotions.
Explain product information clearly (ingredients, health benefits, directions of use, precautions).
Assist with order status, delivery updates, and return / exchange requests.
Listen to customer complaints (late delivery, damaged products, taste / quality concerns) and resolve politely
Provide general advice on product consumption (recommended serving times, mixing instructions).
Handle refund / return requests according to company policy.
Ensure billing details are correct and transactions are recorded properly.
Keep track of daily inquiries, sales, complaints, and resolutions.
Submit reports on customer satisfaction and common issues.
Suggest improvements in service or processes.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma
At least 1â2 years of experience in customer service, call centre, sales support, or related role (fresh graduates are welcome with strong communication skills)
Experience in FMCG, health supplements, or e-commerce environment is an added advantage
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin / Tamil is an advantage)
Strong customer-handling skills : patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
Able to explain product information (benefits, usage, precautions) clearly and confidently
Basic sales and upselling skills (able to suggest products and promotions naturally)
Computer literate â able to use WhatsApp Business, email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Good multitasking and time management in handling multiple customer queries
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn about health & wellness products
Able to work independently and as part of a team
