OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE
The Sales & Business Development Lead supports the GM in driving new business revenue streams and expanding platform opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia. This role supervise and train the Sales team, ensuring consistent performance and execution to achieve and exceed our sales goals. The position is also responsible for aggressively expanding the client base, cultivating strong client relationships, managing key accounts and directly contributing to sales.

- Lead business development initiatives by identifying and developing enterprise solutions, acquiring new corporate clients
- Responsible for business development of event spaces by mapping local opportunities

Train and guide the sales team to develop into business development specialists and achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsImplement disciplined sales processes, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management across both markets.Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize the global and local partner network, including refining tiered incentives to improve performance and outcomesCollaborate with internal resources within Arcc Group to drive larger sales and opportunitiesPerforms any other ad-hoc functions assigned by the ManagementForecasting, Analytics & Governance
