As the Global Head of Marketing for the CFD brand, you will lead the group’s marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on emerging markets and Belt & Road regions. Your goal is to drive business growth through

high-efficiency, cost-effective marketing models , rather than relying on large-scale advertising spend. Responsibilities

Develop and implement global marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with the company’s business objectives. Provide marketing campaign and collateral support for clients, partners, and sales teams, emphasizing

high ROI, cost-effectiveness, and lean marketing . Campaign Planning & Operations

Organize and execute online events for users and partners, such as live streams, digital promotions, and community engagement. Plan and conduct offline activities, including seminars, roadshows, and client / partner meetups, to strengthen customer loyalty and brand influence. Digitalization & User Experience Optimization

Oversee website, app, and CRM workflow design and optimization to ensure product experience aligns with local user habits. Drive data-driven marketing operations, analyzing user behavior and market feedback to enhance conversion and retention rates. Lead the creation and optimization of marketing content (copywriting, videos, KV, etc.), ensuring compliance with cultural and regulatory standards in different markets. Provide the sales team and partners with high-quality, practical marketing materials and event support to improve conversion. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Media, Finance, or related field preferred. Fluent English (IELTS ≥7); strong cross-border communication and localization skills; Chinese language proficiency or in-depth China market experience is a plus. 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in financial derivatives (CFD, FX, FinTech, etc.). Proven track record in new marketing channels such as social media, digital communities, and user growth. Familiarity with emerging markets (especially Belt & Road regions) and their cultural / user behavior differences. Strong brand building and strategic marketing capabilities, balancing global vision with local execution. Excellent event planning and execution skills, integrating both online and offline resources. Solid data analysis and market insight abilities, using numbers to drive growth. Good design sense and content oversight, able to collaborate effectively with creative teams. Experienced in building, nurturing, and managing cross-functional marketing teams of 30+ members. Strong cross-department collaboration skills (sales, product, R&D) to support business growth.
