Your Role in VT Markets
As the Application Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement of mobile users on our trading app. You will lead the end‑to‑end mobile growth strategy across paid user acquisition, ASO, CRM, lifecycle, and in‑app user experience. This role requires strong analytical and execution capabilities, deep understanding of trader behaviour, and experience scaling mobile apps in fast‑paced, ROI‑driven environments.

- Job Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital / Business or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in app marketing / performance / growth, preferably in trading / fintech / crypto or high‑volume digital platform.
- Technical and Functional Skills
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.) & media buying across paid UA channels.
- Experience working with product teams on onboarding and lifecycle design.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, Looker, Tableau or similar.
- Ability to manage agencies, budgets, and multi‑market campaigns.
- Knowledge of trading lifecycle (registration, KYC, FTD, retention) preferred.
- Soft Skills & Nice to Have
- Bilingual preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in ASIC / FCA / CySEC‑regulated environments.
- Exposure to community‑driven or referral‑based growth.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, or OneSignal.

Mobile Acquisition & Growth StrategyOwn the end‑to‑end mobile user acquisition strategy (paid & organic) across Google, Meta, Display, Programmatic, OEMs, affiliate & network channels.Deliver against KPIs including installs, registrations, quality, CPA, FTDs, trading activity and retention.Work with data and BI teams to build attribution models and optimise performance campaigns.App Store Optimisation (ASO)Drive app store ranking and CVR improvements through keyword optimisation, metadata & creatives on iOS & Google Play.Track competitor rankings & iterate strategies for better visibility and conversion.Launch and test creative variants, screenshots, video previews, etc.Activation & OnboardingPartner with Product, UX and CRM teams to create seamless onboarding journeys (install → register → verify → deposit → first trade).Identify drop‑off points and deploy triggered messaging (push, in‑app, SMS) to improve activation rate.Optimise KYC, signup flow, and mobile funnels for higher FTUs & FTDs.Lifecycle & Retention MarketingWork closely with CRM team to deploy lifecycle campaigns (push, in‑app, email, WhatsApp etc.) to drive DAU / MAU, retention, and trading frequency.Use segmentation / cohort analysis to run personalised mobile campaigns by lifecycle stage.Drive initiatives such as gamification, loyalty mechanics, and trading alerts to generate repeat usage.Cross‑Functional / Regional AlignmentCollaborate with country / regional teams to localise mobile campaigns & storefronts.Work with compliance on legal / regulatory approvals for mobile creatives.Manage media agency and vendor relationships, and explore new emerging UA channels.Build dashboards, automate reporting, and present performance updates.Use A / B testing frameworks to optimise creatives, messaging, landing pages, and funnels.Continuously improve CAC : LTV ratio.What Success Looks Like
