Job description

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar PV projects (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and initial solar system design proposals.
Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Work closely with the engineering / design team to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and negotiate contracts.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar technologies.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Renewable Energy) or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in solar PV, renewable energy, or electrical engineering.

Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage, and related equipment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented.
