Requirements
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with basic data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good at document filing and organization.
- Responsible and able to work independently on daily tasks.
- Good in both English and Malay, both written and verbal communication.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Review Overtime Approval documents for completeness and proceed for supervisor approval.Create and update various operational ledgers, such as vehicle dispatch records, scheduling logs, and expense details.Regularly verify ledger data against system records to ensure accuracy and consistency.Record daily fuel data based on receipts into the tracking system.Prepare weekly / monthly fuel usage reports to assess vehicle fuel efficiency and identify irregularities.Monitor the usage of company toll cards and compile transaction summaries regularly.Assist in checking whether toll expenses are reasonable and report any abnormalities promptly.Responsible for compiling and organizing daily task completion data for drivers / vehicles (e.g., delivery notes, dispatch records).Reconcile actual completed tasks against the scheduled plan and highlight any discrepancies.Assist in generating daily operations reports for management review.Benefits
