Key Responsibilities
Pro-actively manage and develop relationships with your portfolio of customersActively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross‑sellingDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenue flows from the portfolioGrow newly identified strategic clients for the country / regionConduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure KPIs are met (monthly, quarterly, annual)Participate in rate negotiations and engage network resourcesCollaborate with overall account owners (Global Leads) as requiredIdentify new business opportunities within customer organizations and coordinate with account owners to qualify the opportunityImplement latest IT tools available within the sales organization or for strategic clientsImprove sales process and performance in collaboration with operation teamsProvide feedback to management on progress of sales activities and any barriers to achieving targetsMaintain data compliance (pipelines, account plans)Support and work closely with the operation team to ensure customer service levels are met or exceededProactively manage client escalations such as shipment delays and issue resolutionWork with product heads and operation teams to provide maximum supportKeep knowledge of all relevant Toll products and services up to dateAttract new opportunities and develop existing clients to generate additional volume and profitOversee contract preparation, deal negotiations and ensure compliance with company standardsMonitor and support the finance team with daily sales outstanding collection (DSO) as requiredMonitor client developments and report or elevate to line manager and functional reporting linesBuild key contacts and relationships within the Toll network to align with One Toll strategyImplement, coordinate and follow up Group & Divisional Client Centricity initiativesLead business opportunities of strategic importanceParticipate in face‑to‑face customer meetingsServe as the single point of contact for communication with assigned customers and manage SLA, SOP, contractual obligations and other agreementsRequirements
