Xero Accountant (Remote)

FastLaneRecruit is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing provider of digital and finance solutions tailored for F&B businesses. We are looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented accountant with strong Xero experience and fluency in Chinese to support their portfolio of F&B clients in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with cloud-based tools, understand F&B operational flows, and be capable of independently handling daily financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Integrate and map sales data from F&B POS systems into Xero
• Set up and reconcile multiple revenue streams including dine-in, takeaway, delivery apps, and QR payments
• Monitor daily and weekly transactions to ensure all income is captured, properly categorized, and matched in Xero
• Identify discrepancies between POS and accounting records and resolve them promptly
• Perform regular reconciliation of transactions from bank feeds, credit card statements, e-wallets, and other payment gateways
• Verify accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Investigate and rectify any inconsistencies, duplicate and missing entries
