Job descriptionCollaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored SaaS solutions. Lead the implementation process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Provide training and support to end-users for smooth adoption of the software. Customize and configure software applications to meet client-specific needs. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to address project requirements. Identify potential challenges and proactively provide solutions during implementation. Document project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and suggest enhancements to existing solutions.
The Successful Applicant
- Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing SaaS or other software solutions within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and teams effectively.
- Knowledge of software configuration and customization processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary package ranging from MYR 64800 to MYR 72000 annually.
