Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance : Develop and implement QA / QC plans and procedures for construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Quality Assurance : Establish quality control checkpoints and inspection criteria for all phases of construction activities.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with quality standards.
• Quality Assurance : Review contractor and subcontractor quality documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Quality Control : Perform detailed inspections and tests on construction materials, equipment, and installations to verify conformance with approved designs and specifications.
• Quality Control : Monitor construction processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Quality Control : Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and work with project teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Documentation And Reporting : Maintain accurate records of QA / QC inspections, tests, and audits.
• Documentation And Reporting : Prepare quality reports, summaries, and documentation for project stakeholders, including progress reports and quality metrics.
• Documentation And Reporting : Ensure all documentation complies with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaboration And Coordination : Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Collaboration And Coordination : Provide guidance and training to construction teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaboration And Coordination : Coordinate with third-party inspectors and testing agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
• Continuous Improvement : Monitor and analyze QA / QC performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement : Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in QA / QC practices.
