Job description
  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, social media, WhatsApp, and walk-in.
  • Monitor and follow up on Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI), Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and feedback after sales.
  • Assist in resolving disputes and escalate serious cases to management.
  • Ensure all customer data and service records are updated accurately in the system.
  • Support marketing promotions and customer retention activities.
  • Maintain a professional image and provide excellent front-line customer service.
  • Handle post-sales follow-up calls and maintain customer relationship database.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams when needed.
  • Ensure customer database is updated in timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring
  • To ensure compliance to customer data utilization.
  • Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customer and strive towards achieving high customer satisfaction
  • Undertake any other tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time
  • Job Requirements :

    • Possess valid driving license and own transport.
    • Minimum Diploma in any field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
    • Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage customer interactions professionally.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, WhatsApp Business and customer service software.
    • Friendly, presentable and confident personality.
    • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
