Job Description :

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior / Graphic Designer to join our Branding & Marketing team. As part of our in-house creative division, you will be responsible for designing and adapting visual assets that bring the Julie’s brand to life across campaigns, packaging, social media, events, and activations. You will collaborate closely with the branding, marketing and other relevant entities to ensure all creative output is aligned with our brand identity and campaign objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

Support the creation and adaptation of visual assets for packaging, social media, campaigns, roadshows, events, and activations.

Assist in developing design concepts and layouts that are aligned with Julie’s brand guidelines and creative direction.

Collaborate with relevant internal & external entities to ensure visual materials effectively communicate campaign messages.

Prepare final artwork files and ensure timely delivery for production and publishing.

Assist in managing and updating design assets, templates, and brand collaterals.

Support the creative team in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and visual solutions.

Ensure consistency and quality in all design work across different platforms and channels.

Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and / or Company.

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus).

A keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.

Creative, versatile, and able to adapt designs across different mediums (digital, print, packaging).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work in Alor Gajah, Melaka.

Willing to travel and possess own transport

Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
