Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day Finance Operations side of the business (assisting on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger functions).
  • Ensure responsibility of accountancy and financial administration working closely with various stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Assisting on bank reconciliation for cash flow management and planning.
  • Follow up on timeliness to update daily, weekly and monthly standardized reports templates, analysing volume and value sales, collection update and etc. for presentation purpose.
  • Providing daily support on all outstanding queries from the regional offices and customers as and when required.
  • Ad hoc accounting duties

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field
  • Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese and Mandarin language for both spoken and written
