Internal Audit Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan and adjust audit priorities based on the company's risk profile.
• Organise and lead audit projects to evaluate the company's business processes, financial status and internal control effectiveness.
• Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement; follow up and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Assess the effectiveness of the company's risk management framework and internal control systems and propose optimisation solutions.
• Provide compliance and risk control advice to management on major business matters.
• Manage and coach the internal audit team and continuously improve team capability and professionalism.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities when required.
• Regularly report audit findings and risk control status to senior management.
• Perform other audit and risk-related tasks as assigned by management.
