Job description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
  • Maintain a log of inquiries, recruitment processes, meet and greet outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring all clients receive outstanding service and support.
  • Oversee and manage appointment scheduling for all services, including grooming, daycare, boarding, events, meet and greets, mobile visits and pet taxis with advice from the relevant team members.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and processing payments from clients.
  • Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both pets and clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute pet-related events and community outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate client and pet records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Help with day-to-day operations, including check-ins / check-outs and assisting in grooming and daycare when needed.
