Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • To process Purchase Order from Customer.
  • Liaise with Procurement and Warehouse department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Follow up closely from received order till out for delivery.
  • To prepare daily delivery schedule and packing list.
  • To prepare Invoice and Delivery Order for daily shipment.
  • To follow up or update delivery schedule to customer if any changes date.
  • Response to customers enquiries, phone call, request and etc.
  • To ensure proper filing of documents / records.
  • Communicate important feedback from sales team & customers.
  • To prepare report as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma above in Business Studies / Administration Management
  • 2-3 year(s) of working experience in related field
  • Familiar and highly literate with Microsoft Software (Word / Excel / Power Point)
  • Good time management skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
